There is a small RCS in the right upper corner. The text used to wrap nicely around the slider but suddenly there is a large margin or pad at the bottom of the Slider. Can't seem to get it just the shape of the slider itself.

Looks to me like the slide with the thing that looks like a can and says "manning pool" seems to have a smaller slide space. The rest have the gap below the image. Don't see RCS anywhere. Maybe that one slide is correct, and you need to make sure the rest are same. Just guessing.

Iwetzel is correct
all of the slides (not the images which are all the same size) have a different height to the one with the can which causes the margin below to move the text down
