Replacing navigation menu - Post ID...
I have spent some time learning to create a drop-down menu for my existing site.
1: Could you advise if it is possible to replace the existing nav bar with the newly created one?
2: If this is possible, could you advise how to add new pages to existing site to correspond with the replacement navigation. I would need to create 2 new pages, one entitled 'history' and one entitled 'pledge'.
As always, thank you so much for your support.

Further to previous post. The second file, which needs the navigation replacing, is too large to upload. However, you can view on the following url:

That shouldn't be a problem. Before you do, make a backup of your current file, just in case.
Then select the new navigation (nav-region container), and make a component of it, and upload it to the component folder.
Next, open your project and find the nav-wrapper container, delete it.
Finally, locate the component you just made and insert it where the other navbar used to be.

I agree with Inger,
I would also add once you insert the new menu be sure to make it a symbol. This would allow you to update it on any page and it will update all of them at the same time.

Thank you! But could you explain how to make a component and symbol. Every time I select the component tab in Site designer, it crashes my computer.
I have managed to save a customised component to my hard drive. I have deleted the nav-wrapper container but how do I insert the new component. Every time I attempt this action my computer crashes.
And! It has not save my selection!
There must be a problem with your installation. I hope you followed Ingers first piece of advice and backed up your project somewhere before you started playing with this.
Try reinstalling your app as it should not be crashing every time you select a component.
