Renaming index to home in RSD

Very basic question here. I used to rename "index" to "home" in VSD, but am I supposed to or rather can I do the same thing in RSD (as long as my links include the "home" url and not "index" of course)? Thanks. Oh, sorry if this has been answered elsewhere in the forum. I searched but couldn't find it.

Hi Matthew, is there any reason why you want to use home instead of index?

Not necessarily. I just thought it might look better in the visitor's browser window url to say home rather than index. If that's even necessary anymore. Again, I have no problem leaving it index. Nonetheless, I used to rename it something like "welcome," in VSD.

Basically, just curious if it's still an option. Thanks Steve :)

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong area. How do I get the browser window at the top to display "Welcome to..." instead of showing the index url for the page? I assume I should look under "manage project", but all I can do there is add, duplicate, or rename the page.

Thats easy. Goto the the settings tab on the top right. Anything you put in the "Title" Area will appear on the top of the tab in any browser. You can also add a short description and some keywords there too. This will be the same place you would add your header and footer code.
