looking for some insight on placing animation on photo buttons so when they are hovered on, they move?

What's a photo button??

Do you mean an image link (click on image it goes somewhere)

Anything can be animated on hover
Select whatever it is you want to animate

Go to the 'Styles' tag
move on down to the 'in state' section,, open it select 'Hover' away you go animate it, change colour size, even different image, let your designer juices flow. when finishes return the 'in state' to regular.
