Byron you need select the element that you want the same on all pages, then go to the tab "Symbols" (top right) and make it a symbol, then on your other pages you go to the symbol tab again and add it to the page from there.
Global in the "Page Manager" tab is for saking settings for all pages (IE for Google analytics bit, set it as global for all the pages you want to have the google analytics.
If you have custom code in the header/footer, set it as global and then set the header/footer as global on the other pages you want to add those custom codes.

On a page where you want the GOOGLE Analytics stuff
first you place the code for the header sectionthat they provided in the "GOOGLE ANALYTICAL SETTINGS" page then you select the tick box "USE GLOBAL" then you go to any of the other pages that you want GOOGLE to look at for analytical purposes, on those pages you s
simply just select the tick box ("USE GLOBAL") that will then put the code they sent you into that part.
IF YOU DON'T WANT A PAGE TO BE INCLUDED THEN DO NOT SELECT "USE GLOBAL" for that page
Then for the other code they provided for the "BODY CODE" you go every page (Select the "BODY element for that page) you want that code to appear in the body section and then go to the "ELEMENT" tab for that page, and in the 'Enter The HEAD CODE" bit then paste the Google Analytical code they provided for the "Body Section"
Repeat the above for ALL THE PAGES YOU WANT THE Google Analytical code to be included
Once you have done all that you can ask Google to check the site to make sure that they can see the code and start the Analytics process. If something is wrong or bin the wrong place etc they will inform you so you need double check you did it right.
So simply put
For any page you want Google Analytics to be included use with the Header Code "Global Settings for those pages
For the Body Code you have to manually enter the code for EACH PAGE you want GOOGLE TO LOOK AT FOR ANALYTICAL purposes (EVEN IF ITS ALL THE PAGES)
there is another sort of short cut way, but a lot more complicated and therefore probably time consuming, so I'm not going to try to explain that process, at this moment in time.

The tag manager is the one you have to put in the custom code header section for each page you want Google to look at for analytical services.
So basically every page that you decide to let google look at for analytical stuff you make it a global setting, then you put the tag manager stuff into the header custom code for that page. (You can do a copy and paste thingy) Using the code supplied by Google when you set up your analytics service
