Once my site gets converted from RSD...

To me it seems like it is both. If I click on the link in your signature, I get to https://denverprocessservers.net/
If I write denverprocessservers.net in the browser address field, I get to http://denverprocessservers.net/, and when writing www.denverprocessservers.net I get to http://www.denverprocessservers.net/
So you should be able to decide which url you want to have, with https and with or without www.

It should be enough to use the local (relative) address for the old URL, but the full URL for the new one. And you need to write a new line starting with 'RewriteRule ^' for the domain and for each page.

OK, so it's not pointed at one or the other now.

I'd rather have it redirected to the non-www one, as that's easier for people to just type in.

People don't have to type the www. They will be redirected to www if you include that in the new URL.

I'm just trying to prevent Google from seeing it as duplicate websites, Inger, so that's not so much a concern, as redirecting the www to the non-www, I suppose, and including the https in both. How would the htaccess code look for that, including our domain name, so I don't have to guess, or risk messing it up?

I just added the final nav buttons and pages to the site, before looking for a designer. https://denverprocessservers.net/ or https://www.denverprocessservers.net/

It renders differently in mobile, in chrome, between the two above links- especially the "About" page, and I don't understand why. Does anyone know? Did I do something wrong?

It all renders fine in mobile Firefox. But Chrome is the big one.

So I have to decide now, between two learning curves - either to get it done in RSD V3 or Wordpress. I have no experience with either, the above is in RSD 1.5. So both would have steep learning curves for me.

But I need the site than I have now, to work decently for the probable month it will take, to decide on which platform and find a designer. The Wordpress presents extra challenges, because I'd have to set it up on my ISP's server. But pehaps a call to them will inform me on how difficult that might be.

I'm also a bit puzzled, because I see almost no templates here, for RSD 1.5 or V3. Why is that? Am I missing something?

I will second that! WordPress is the worst website app on the market!

I was actually about to, but with a little help from some nice people here, I've begun making some progress. ( Steve, I mentioned this to you in the other thread. ) I've been learning enough to get this together, over time, but would sure prefer some help. ( see the other post )
