I run a Synology NAS system where I store all my photos & files, for some reason I cannot see any of the mapped Network drives when I want to open / import files & photos.

Any feedback would be appreciated

I don't know that special system you are running, but have you mapped, or 'mounted' the external units as drives on your computer?

Your Nas should have its own IP address have you tried contact though a web browser ?
your IP will start 192.168 . -----.-----. you fill in the blanks with your nas address

I had the same problem after using the software directly after installation. If you´ll close the app and start it again, the NAS-drives will appear.
