Nested Menu missing icon? - Post ID...
Just dipping my feet into V3 and I can't get the "Nested Menu" to work following your tutorial:
https://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles … m-scratch/
My Menu Icon is missing. I've tried 3 times starting from scratch with same result.
File attached.
What am I missing?

Set the nav-bar width to 100%.

No change. Tested in FF and Chrome. Still not displaying the menu icon.
Why doesn't CC include a few pre-built nav bars that we can just customize?
Did you set that width while keeping the slider left of the first breakpoint?
CC has the intention to produce navbars and other prebuilt components, but it seems to take some time. In the meantime check out my sharing library and see if you find something you can use. You find the URL in my signature.

Yes, everything was done with the slider to the left. Thanks, it looks like one of your nav options is the same as what I'm trying to build.
Yes, that is correct. I built it some time ago using the same tutorial. I used it last night to compare with the one you had built, and the only difference I could see was that width. As soon as I had popped it into your nav-bar, the icon was there, as was the whole navbar container. Mind you, it is supposed to be visible only for small screens.
Maybe you need to clear your browser cache?

I have been able to get the "Nested Menu" to work but the drop down part is showing a white background. So far I haven't been able to change that. Any ideas? None of the links work but here's the url http://www.akwebsites.com/abb/
You probably have a white background in the 'list container', where those 2nd level menu items are. Make that background transparent

Thanks Inger! You are such a pro. That did it but it still leaves a white. border so I may just make the background black for that 'list container'.
Check that you haven't added borders anywhere. If you post your project file (I wouldn't need all, just the menu), I can check it for you. Or let's say, someone can check it, because I'm off to bed now, it's nearly 02 in the morning...
