I have seen a template that created in house of CC where a main cssgrid was created and that therein one or more inner cssgrids be nested. I noticed if I resize the screen that it suddenly crashed when I the layout changes. Is that normal?.
It's about the theme "Gloss"

Why would you think anything that crashes is normal?

Anyway, it doesn't crash when I try it so the answer to your question is NO it isn't normal
