Need templates for V3 - Post ID 284897

Unless and until I get hooked up with someone I can afford, for the SDV3 template work, I'm doing penance and using it for a sort of meditative experience, by trying to correct my current RSD 2.5 site, some. ( think I've improved it, over previously. Worst case: I make the 2.5 site more usable, get some new clients, and then have the funds for a SDV3 pro. )

But I've been attempting for hours, to get the unordered list on the home page, and the bullets, to move inside the container, with no success. Could someone please tell me how that can be done?

In 2.5 that is not an available position.

Yes it is. It also works for list containers.

DO I click on the List Container first? Even then, I'm not seeing a position called "Inside" anywhere.Static, Relative, Absolute, Fixed and Sticky.

By the way, I'm still trying to get the badges to work in SDV3 but don't see any way to add 3 columns to the container for them.

Yes, you always have to click on the element you want to style before looking for the styling options. Those options will be different for each kind of element.
And the settings inside/outside are not under 'Position'. Check that screenshot again, it is under 'List settings'.

Melissa, you are spread across so many discussions now, that it becomes a bit hard to keep up with it. The above actually belongs in the RSD thread, whereas the one about the three badges are rightly asked here in the SD3 thread.

You don't need any columns added into the container to place the badges. You can put them right in, as images, replacing images in the row of three, below the main image.

Ah got it. Thank you both!

I had them as columns in 2.5, because then I could make them take up 1/3 the 12 spans, each. Not sure how to do that in SDV3, or how to get them to vertically align in an aesthetically pleasing way, with each other.

Use % values for the image container (if you have them in a container) if not put them in one
the maths is simple really
1/3 = 33.33333 %
but I would suggest 32% or even 30% for each container to allow a bit of space between

What I don't fully understand is in the theme the outercontainer & inner containers(image holders) are already styled & positioned
all you had to do was replace the images in the theme (in those containers, with your own (AS Inger has already said)

Everything is set up.
