Being tired from snow showelling I don't know if I follow all this right now. I get a bit dizzy over the various RSD/SD versions and their respective Visions versions, which show up as a mess and which not, and above all; why.
So I have tried them all, the RSD2.5 version in both RSD2.5 and SD3, and the SD3 version in SD3 I have no problems with either as to how they display in IE11, Edge, Ffx, Chrome and Opera on my desktop PC, Safari, Chrome and Ffx on both my iPhone and iPad. See if you get the same: eikweb.com/melissa . In there you find an index with three links to the versions. I didn't bother with back buttons, so use the ones in the browsers. I've only done one change: I changed the main image, as you see.

If we are looking for whose fault it is that the versions sometimes don't display as expected, we shouldn't exclude the rerver configurations and server cache. As far as I can judge, the programmes and the versions of Visions are ok. But if we actually download what we think we download, that is also a question.

There is no cache involved all my browsers clear cache history passwords everything everytime on closing the browser. so it wasn't Cache

so here is what happened
1/ Melissa said that the theme she had done a little bit of work on, looked ok on her phone (chrome) but terrible on her desktop.
2/ I checked out out on my phone/tablet/desktop & it looked terrible on all.

3/ I thought she was using the RSD Visions Theme, so I opened the theme in RSD, changed the image, the header title, coloured the nav background to dark blue.

4/ I then exported it & uploaded to my tester (or so I thought but then you spotted it which was then I realised I had put the Visions theme (RSD version made with SDv3) into the wrong subdomain). But it still looked ok in that domain.

5/ I then realised that Melissa had used SDv3 (thinking she had opened RSD visions with SDv3. I don't have any themes in SDV3 so I opened the RSD version with SDv3, and simply exported that. Which looked ok.

6/ Melissa then said that the Visions theme was made for SDv3 and she downloaded it from the themes page, so I downloaded it also

7/ I made the same changes to the Visions SDv3 theme as I had to the RSD theme.

8/ This theme when uploaded looked terrible almost like the CSS was missing (looked the same as the one Melissa has uploaded, so then I knew it had nothing to do with anything she may or may not have done.

9/ The SDv3 Visions theme looked great when viewed locally within SDv3 Preview On & great when previewed from Dreamweaver. So I couldn't work out what was going on.
I then uploaded the pure visions theme (as did Melissa) straight from the box so to speakand it looked terrible exactly the same as the visions theme that was altered.
10/ I did a file comparison for all the CSS files on the server compared to locally in the exported project folder. NOTHING different showed up.

11/ I went back to the server files intending then to compare the JS files.
I happened to glance at the page that was rubbish before & would you believe it now it it looked great exactly as it should. The ONLY thing I did was open the CSS folder & did the comparison, suddenly it was working.

I keep having the same problem, Wayan. It always looks good when I preview, but then when I upload, no.

Well I don't know what to do now. I was encouraged that it doesn't seem impossibly difficult to work with SDV3, but then bad results on the server.

Oh wait. I just cleared mt Chrome browser data and cookies, and reloaded the page and it looks good!

Wow, so now I have to see if I can put my design in there, and try it...

There must have been something else though because I got the same results as you, but mt cache & history files are all cleared every time I close the browser windows, never keep anything.
and even if I didn't have that done automatically, the last site in that sub-domain wasn't the theme it was a completely different site, so even if it was cached, it would show the other site not the Visions one,, something really strange there

How do you get it to automatically clear cache and cookies each time, in Chrome, Wayan? I don't see any setting for that, and had to do it by hand.

But yes, look now. I uploaded the one with the latest nav menu, and it looks nice on both my PC and my phone.

I didn't say browser cache above, but server cache. Your #11 sounds like that could be the culprit. At some servers it takes time before a change comes through and becomes visible.

How do I keep the paragraph settings the same ( colors, fonts, alignments ) as I move the slider to the next break point smaller? Is there a setting for that, so don't have to change the paragraph settings for each reduced break point?

Also having a problem reducing the space between the email text link and the Email us paragraph above it.

Come to think of it, something is wrong with Chrome. When I use it on Facebook, I have to keep manually hitting Reload on most links that I go to. Is it lacking an automatic setting that would make it empty the cache and reload a page that has changed?

Melissa, start at the smallest break-point and work up to larger. If you start larger and move to smaller you will have to reset everything at each break-point. I keep having to change my habits on this also.
