I just uploaded what I've done so far, to the test directory. It looks good on my phone, but messed up on my PC.

I don't understand this. The preview modes all look good on my PC, but when I export and upload it, it looks bad to test.

I have just made some changes to the visions theme as you did, [b]I didn't do anything[/b], except replace 1 image, Header text, added text links & coloured the background
Looks great at all devices
So what's the difference between your & mine?

maybe you should frp it again, looks like your css file is corrupted or missing

OK I opened it in SDv3, doesn't make any difference actually, except there are redundant containers (that were columns/rows before, did you change any of them?

I accidentally tried opening it in RSD 2.5 and it said it was for V3.

originally was rsd (still is as far as I know)
I wouldn't know really as I don't do readymade themes or templates.
But it opens in SDv3 ok anyway,
take a look at https://testers.sdv3tutorials.com
that is the visions theme in SDv3 now, & as I said before All I did was as I said before.
Your CSS file is there, so maybe its corrupted or something, upload project file agai see what happens

Here's where I got it from. RSD 3.0+ means what you call V3, right? These version name changes are so confusing.
