Let us see the project file, then it's easier to spot what is not working.

Oh, I think I've spotted it. You have an ID called 'topbar-responsive-copy-1' but the toggle is set to 'topbar-responsive'. Make them read the same.

There doesn't appear to be an event associated with the icon.

Let us see the project file, Byron. It's so difficult looking at the source code that appears on such long lines that you have to scroll sideways back and forth. It's much quicker finding something in the source file.

Inger is right & so is David
your hamburger data toggle attribute (small screens) is set to "data toggle = " "which means doesn't know which element to open so:-

the menu container ID is "topbar-responsive-copy-1"

Simply select the hamburger thingy, go to
attributes, open the attribute & insert into the "value" box " topbar-responsive-copy-1" (without the quotes)

booooom you should be good to go
