Hello,

I have an issue with the component Multi-Level Navigation Menus. I put a Full Screen Background Video and a Multi-Level Navigation Menu it works well with the configuration for a monitor. However, when the configuration is for a smartphone, the menu hides the video. I have achieved to modify the menu that pops up so that the video is visible when the menu is displayed (Screenshoot1 ) but I don't know how to modify the parameters so that the video is visible when only the item that opens the menu is visible (Screenshoot2).

Could you help me, please?

Thanks a lot,
Sergio

I believe there is a background setting that you probably missed. I seem to remember that one of the backgrounds should be transparent.

The problem with just showing one or more screenshots is that to be able to help, we need to replicate your file, just from what we can see in those images. That is a lot of effort, and oftentimes we don't have the time to be all that dedicated. Besides, we don't know your settings, so we don't know where you may have gone wrong. It would be much easier to help specifically if you could post your project file, then we would - hopefully - be able to see where the error lies.
To post a project file here, you would have to zip it up. If the file is too big, you could perhaps upload it to your server and let us have the link.

Hi Inger,

I have attached the project. I am just testing how to combine Multi-Level Navigation Menus & Full Screen Background Video, the combination is very simble. If you could tell me what control I must change to see the video in the smartphone configuration I will really apreciate it.

Thanks a lot,
Sergio

Hi, I've got the file and am looking at it. It seems a bit of a problem, and I haven't yet found where it lies. I haven't found any mistakes that you may have made, so I'll go on checking and discuss it with another coffee-cupper.
One thing: You said that initially, the video was hidden by the menu, and you made it work ok when the menu was open. Could you let us know how you did that?

Sorry to butt in,

At mobile device widths, the video is set to a z-index of -100 if you set iy to -1, then the video shows over it , but the menu cannot be closed ???

You should delete the Menu from the page, then re-install it from the components tab again (I would also delete the other one you have there.

You can leave the video z-index at -100

Hi,

Yes, of course, I changed the height and the width of the menu in the smartphone configuration to the 70% . In this way, the menu does not hide completely the video.

Thanks,
Sergio

Hi,

Perfect !

Previously I put the menu and after I added the video because I was thinking combinations. I have deleted all. First, I have put the background and after the Menu, and it works well.

Thanks a lot,
Sergio
