I have not done this in awhile but I thought if I had a container in mobile size say inline block that I could go past the break point to pad size and than select the container and make it "none" that it would so in the mobile view and turn off in the pad size. Have I just forgotten the procedure ?

Yes, it should work OK, as long as Toggle Breakpoints is set to 'Default Mode', and the 'framework' is not Frameworkless Desktop Down.

It wasn't set to Default Mode - it was on Disable
