Are we suppose to have components in the library to choose from? Mine is empty. When I click Add Component from Library there is nothing there.

It depends on the version of SD you have I UNDERSTAND that the next update of SD v4 will have components. But if you have sd v3 or 3.5 then there are no components

Warren, you can also make your own components and store them in the library. And others, who also have build 3097, can send you components that you can stick into your library.

Build 3113 of SD 4 includes loads of them.

I´m only have a few Components. I had more in ver 2. How do I make more of them myself, is there a link to learn making new Components?

If you only got just a few components, you may have the same problem as I had when installing build 3113. I actually just got two components to begin with.

Do this:
Uninstall SD and close any other CC programmes you may have.
Navigate to the Roaming folder (C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming) and remove the file SharedSettings.
Reinstall SD. A new Shared Settings file will be generated.

NOTE: If you are using DFTP and have server settings saved, don't delete the original SharedSettings, just put it somewhere else for a bit. When you have reinstalled SD and got your components, you can put the old SharedSettings back again.

After doing what Inger talks about, if you still want more components, look in the Coffeecup Theme Store. (I don't work for Coffeecup. This is what I did.) Look for themes there that have the components that you want. Many are free. Once you download or purchase the theme, you can select and save the components for use in other projects.
