i have a menu in a top container that i would like to keep visible when you scroll down the page - is there a way to do this in RSD and how - cant figure it out for the life of me - mind you i also make that top bar menu dissapear and be replaced with a drop menu built in Menu builder

I would be inclined to give the container at the top the following settings in the Position section of the Design panel -
(a) Position Fixed
(b) Z-Index: untick Auto, and increase the number to whatever will ensure that the rest of the page scrolls under it, not over it.
