I am very new CoffeeCup. I'm having difficulties working with columns and rows. When I open a blank template I have no problems inserting a row at the top. But when the rows/columns have content, it always seems to push the new row to the bottom. I don't think I'm doing anything different. Am I missing something?

Hi Jeffrey,
What I do is click on the last column that is in a row that I want the new row under. I now go to the layout tab and add a new row.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

In my experience the 'Add Row' button puts the new row immediately beneath the row which is currently selected (or in which a column or element is currently selected).

If I want the row elsewhere, immediately after clicking the 'Add Row' button I use the up or down arrow in the 'Move Grid item' section in the right hand panel.

Thank you very much for your replies. My issue turned out to be that the row had a margin of 97 from top (I was using the Tea template). It looked to me like there was a blank row there but it was just the margin.

I use the 'Inspector' quite a bit to manipulate rows, columns and elements. That way I don't have to completely understand how the RSD works when adding stuff - I can just make it work after the event.

Thanks for the tip on using inspector. I can see how that is very useful.
