I have quite a complex page which I would like to import from one project into another project, how can I do this? Both projects use the same grid but it's going to be a real pain to start over from scratch.
Unfortunately, you cannot move a page from one RSD file to another.
How many pages are already completed in the target project? One workaround that I've found is to open the RSD file you want to move and "Save As" the new file name. This gives me a copy of the project. I can then use the Page Manager to remove the unneeded pages and add the new ones.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Hi Brian
That's how I created the new project, trouble is at that stage I didn't know I would need the page I now want to copy so I deleted it from the new project. Too many changes now so it looks like I will have to start over with the page. Bit of a shortcoming in the software in my opinion. An export/import a page function would save a lot of time! Thanks for your time.

FWIW and if this helps someone, I've encountered this same issue where I have 2 different projects and want to import a page from one project to the other. The break points and stylings were very similar between the two projects and I found I was able to take sections (rows/columns/subgrids) and create a component from those sections. I uploaded that component to my component library from the source project and then downloaded that component in my target project. I repeated this for each section on the page. I was then able to quickly reconstruct my page in my target project with minimal effort.
Mark, I was just now thinking that same thing. In short:
Make each row of the old project page a component.
Export the component so it saves in your component library.
Open up your new project.
Import each of the components you created.
Add them to wherever you need in your new project.

This raises a question I have about components. If one saves a component from a project with certain breakpoints and styling, and then I use that component in another project with different breakpoints, how does that effect the styling ? Does the styling remain the same as the first project ignoring the new breakpoint settings ?
Bootstrap 5 CSS Grid.

Those breakpoints and styles get applied to the project they are being added to.

Thanks Scott, that makes sense.

I'm trying to import a contact form from cc Web Form Builder into cc Site Designer 5. The form is working, but I really want a modal form, and I can't work out how to make it modal. See for yourself by going to https://2020.productions/ and scroll down until you see the section headed "Playscript". Click the button marked "info@2020.productions". I would like the form to pop up here, but I can make it work, so instead I've created a separate contact page, with a "click here" message to show the form. This is so clumsy! How can I adapt the "info@2020.productions" button so that the form pops up on the same page?
I'm not competent regarding this, but there seems to be an answer at https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/web-fo … post298473 .
