Image limit? - Post ID 264170

I am trying to put in 4 images on a certain webpage, but I am unable to. On my first page i have 4, but on another I am only able to have 3, and when I try to put in the forth one, the place holder only shows up in preview in the browser.

That should not be a problem at all. Can you attach your project file?
