I just got back to my computer. Inger, no pop up blocker. Wayan, get some rest and that message you got I don't even remember sending that. Try sending me an email using my email like I did yours from my profile page.

I think that Inger's suggestion about blockers could be relevant, as it seems that some really up-to-date browsers have introduced with their updates various built-in protections. I would be inclined to try with an old browser like IE11. If that doesn't show the message either, I would try to check that my own security software wasn't the problem. Whatever the problem, no doubt the desired message could be put on the web page in a different way.

But Ernie has said that there is NO POP-UP BLOCKER on his browser, (one assumes that he has checked)
until either someone gets the project file or a link to the actual site, it's impossible to do anything other than taking a guess

True, but I think that they were once obvious add-ons/extensions etc. that one installed. I think the reverse may often be the case now. For example I find that to prevent pop-up blocking in Firefox I would need to change a default setting in Options > Privacy & Security > Permissions (in a page entitled 'Browser Privacy'). That's why I suggested checking what happened in IE11.

Of course there may be another explanation altogether for the problem.

OK, I just got back in here. If we're emailing how would a browser pop up blocker interfer with email?
I'll go check my settings and see if Chrome snuck something in on my browser.

I did find a blocker in Chrome and turned it off. I'm sending Wayan another test email.
