How can I add code to the "main.css" file through responsive site designer?

I can export the website files and edit the css files with dreamweaver which works. But when I re-export the files in the future, it overwrites my manual edits.

If I need anything custom that rsd cannot do I create a new css file. In my case I name it custom.css and store it in the css folder. Then I add a call for it on the page that it's being used on. RSD will never rewrite or delete this file.
