Perhaps you would benefit from a sort of 'INTRODUCTION' to Site Designer' video, showing where things are and what they do type of thing. I can do one for bootstrap. where in the world are you?

Well then seeing as I don't have that downloaded component library, I can't help perhaps someone who has that one installed can chip in

What happens if you double click on the higfhlighted catagory?

I have not 'downloaded' any Component Libraries, unless you mean via the 'Import Components' button. If that's the case, how do I get back to the Default set of Components?
