I am wondering if anyone can give me instructions for my multi-tier navigation menu.
I have it fixed for large screens using the type class nav-row and fixed-topbar. It works just fine in the fixed position but I need it to scroll for smaller screen sizes.

Iv'e tried changing the type class for smaller screens by taking out the fixed-topbar in the smaller screen position but then it scrolls for larger screens as well. The type class name won't change in different screen sizes. I need my navigation menu to be fixed for large screens and scroll for phones.

Any suggestions? I'm using the Foundation frame work

You don't change the class name you just change the position settings in the layout section for the container at whichever breakpoint you want.

So at lower break points you set the container to position =static or relative whichever you prefer.

Then as you move up the breakpoints when you reach where you want it to change you make it
Position =fixed adjust any widths margins as required.

Randy, which programme are you using to build your pages? It's easier to help if we know.

And BTW, I have deleted your other 3-4 instances of the same post. Posting the same questions in several threads only leads to confusion.

Wayan Jaya and Inger,

Thank you for your reply and help.
I am using Site Designer 4.0

Wayan,
That fixed the issue and thank you so much for your expertise. I wish I started using this forum a long time ago. Saved me a ton of time.

I have another issue using the component "Image Gallery-Sobre" in Foundation.
It works in Chrome but not in Edge or Firefox
Any suggestions?

Inger,

Sorry for the confusion, first time using this forum. Should I just open a new thread next time?

Thanks again for all your help

Just in case Inger (who is on holiday at the moment and not good internet connection) I have loaded that component, which as it comes straight out of the box so to speak, shows ok for me om all browsers, So it could be something you have done to make those browsers not display properly, so without seeing what you have done is going to be difficult to advise..

Also that gallery now I see it, it is difficult to add images/thumbnails. maybe you should consider making another gallery that is much easier to do & change. I tend to use either the" reveal" system (a bit like the "Lightbox" effect, or the "Orbit" which is very versatile for styling and can look really cool and also allows dor more thumbnails without taking up so much space, even combining the "orbit" with the "reveal" really can look very professional

Hi Randy,

To your question about how to use this forum:
Find the sub-forum for the programme you are using, then if you see a thread header which is relevant for your problem/question, you can post in that thread. If not, make a new thread. Don't post the same question across several threads.

As to the image gallery you are creating, we need to see the code to be able to help, so if you could post your project file - zipped - it would be fine. If the file is too big, use dropbox or similar. I know Wayan has made some pretty spectacular galleries, don't know, however, if they are on display on the web right now. I have some too, if you pop over to my sharing site, see URL in my signature, and scroll down to Galleries. The ones with 'ZF' appending the name are for Foundation.

Indeed! My best bet at the moment is sitting piggy-back on the network of an internet cafe in the neighbouring building, but the connection is also coming and going.

Inger,

Here is the project file, like I said the image gallery on the home page only works in Chrome not Edge or Firefox.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/15Jpy9e … sp=sharing

Also I have another question. Does Foundation have anything for images when hovering like the following link?
https://www.crosman.com/archery/centerp … /amped-415

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Randy
