How can I print Site Designer Guide...
I am new to CoffeeCup and would like to print the entire Site Designer Guide because there is not enough contrast for my eyes to read the gray font, and to generally give my eyes a break from reading online. When I try to print, only the first few pages show up. I've tried converting to PDF format but it's the same. Any other suggestions? Thanks a bunch in advance :-).
I don't know if there is another way. In 'the old days' the user guide was a pdf, but with every update of the program, certain things will need to be updated, so with the online guide, it is easier to keep it up to date. It would be easier to ask them to use a black font instead of a grey one, I guess.

I use the Firefox browser, and clicking on the keyboard F9 key in the Site Designer Guide toggles the Reader view, making the font both black and larger.

Good morning Inger and Frank :-). Thank you for your prompt replies!
I just used the F9 key to switch to Reader view (awesome) and then using the print function I converted the file to a PDF which is now printing! Yay! I probably could have skipped the PDF format and just printed, but I needed to move the file from the computer that's not yet hooked up to the computer (switch on order) to the computer that prints but for some reason it's F9 key brings up a search message. Too much fun :-).
Now, I also need to figure out how to receive notifications when I have messages in this forum. Sorry I'm late with my response. Hope you both have a great day!

PS I tried to attach the PDF file in case anyone else is trying to print in the near future (before any substantial updates) but the forum doesn't accept PDF format.

Hi Mary, I'm glad you found a way to print the user guide. As to get notifications when someone replies to your threads, or also if someone adds something to a thread that you are interested in, see above the start of the discussion thread the small buttons saying Search, Print etc. One of them is saying Subscribe, and that is the one you need to choose.

Hi Ingar,
Oh yeah, I see it now! Thank you so much :-)

It's perhaps worth noting that in Firefox one doesn't have to use F9 on the keyboard to toggle the reader view. Using the icon in the top bar (just left of the star icon) does the same thing.

Good morning Frank :-)
I use Firefox as default, too, but I've never noticed the handy "Toggle Reader View" to the left of the Bookmark star. Thanks a bunch for pointing this out.
Have a great day!

You might want to use a simple trick to get high-quality images when printing. Just provide a higher-resolution version of every image needed and resize it to the original size with CSS. Read more about this technique in the article “High-Resolution Image Printing” on A List Apart.
Of course, we should hide video and other interactive elements, because they are useless on paper. These include <video>, <audio>, <object> and <embed> elements. You might want to consider replacing each video element with an image in the print style sheet, too.
