Somehow I accidentally made a change and now I have a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom.

Any quick things to check?

is it at all breakpoints?
if so go to the lowest breakpoint move the scroll bar over to the right (which should then show the width of the body container select the body from the bar at the bottom
now if you scroll vertically up or down you should be able to identify the culprit making the scroll bar appear. which you can then adjust accordingly'

if the unwanted scroll bar is at only 1 breakpoint then the same thing applies but start at that breakpoint.

all elese fails you will probably have to attach or post a link to the project file

Forgot to mention that it sometimes makes it easier to see if you add a temporary dark clour to the body, (removed later)

The problem lies with your menu
particularly the dropdowns for the links "Program"s & "Events" they are the culprits causing the scroll,, but it's only within your project file that it appears not in the Browsers

Seems to me that you also need to adjust your menu display especially for laptop devices and even ipad/tablets but then thats just me, as long as it works for you then thats fine.
