A step forward!

I added a picture element to both columns on the 2nd row, exported the site and set it up on a server. The actual online site behaves as it should do with the columns stacking when my phone is portrait and then going side by side when the phone is landscape so the code generated is good. The issue seems to be the way RSD represents the site layout on the canvas in my environment.
