Hi all, a little emergency ~
I need help getting my forms to submit the notifications to me. I have everything set up, but the forms do not send out the confirmation that the form was received, nor does it show me that anyone filled out a form.
This is urgent, any recommendations are greatly appreciated. I plan to start a new form, to see if that will help, but I have a very limited window for correction.

This Post should really be under the web form builder thread, as there arwe users who are experts with WFB
and without seeing how you set the form up, chrystal balls stay foggy

Hi Wayan! for some reason, i cannot post in WFB, hence me posting here. I used your method and the forms worked perfectly before, but for some reason now, they are not sending the confirmation emails to me or to the form submitters.
Maybe if I start from the beginning, they'll work again?

'Guests' are only allowed to post in some few groups. This has been limited to reduce the amount of spam. Earlier we had to wade through all the groups to delete it, but now the job has become more manageable.

These queries started on 3 November 2023. Perhaps problems arise because of limitations of trial versions of CoffeeCup software that have expired.

I notice that Zoe has been asking and getting help since Nov , 2023 as a Guest. I seem to remember you became a member once you bought and paid for the software. That is some Trial version. It's been a while since I had my trial but I don't think it was that long.
