Is there a way to display foundation/bootstrap classes on the elements tree pane in green or at all and not just the classes you have created in blue. Hope the question make sense.

Not sure what you mean
if you choose a foundation class (never use bootstrap so wouldn't know) then that class displays in the structure pane in blue as does any class name
