Just open up slideshow.css and delete all the icons since you are not using any icons in your slideshow.

The icon pack for RCS is added on export to the slideshow.css in case you need icons in your slideshow. The slideshow.css stylesheet icons are referenced differently though so if you have your foundation stylesheet above your slideshow.css, the icons in the slidshow.css will override the foundation.css.


There may be a option to not export the icon pack in RCS settings (like there is in SD3) but I doubt it.

Just edit and remove all icons from that styleseet or just the two that your need to stay unchanged. content: ("\eef0 is the facebook one that is actully youtube icon in the slideshow.css )

Sounds like you have found the solution, Twinstream. I for once was not aware that the icons in those two programmes are referenced differently.

Thank you Twinstream. I deleted the four Coffeecup font icon files in the RCS folder, then republished site. This worked, but the transition dots at bottom of slider are now odd looking. I'm willing to live with that, however

Did you delete your font folder in your slider folder because a error in the console when inspecting says it cannot find that folder now. You will have to put that back in for any font icons to work in RCS.

You may have been slightly confused as to what I meant when I said to remove the specific icons which are overriding the foundation css file icons.

The icons are in the slideshow.css file. You would have to open that file in a editor and delete the two that are not being used. I incorrectly stated you could delete all the icons but failed to see you are using the cirlcle indicators which are icons too.

The effect of deleting the font folder in the slider folder had the same effect but disable the circle icons too.
