I have been giving the certificates out via social media platforms for 18 yrs so far. I guess that the media platforms have so called built in security safeguards and policies for security attention directives. I guess that a site has to have the safeguards whether it is making profit or giving for free because Either can be exploited. Does not the domain name registration data contain the who's info in regards to the site, its domain, its owner? Does this not count for covering these requirements? I am still giving out this stuff, there are no provisions on the site for selling just for giving.

But you don't want the pages to be indexed by search engines until the website is ready to be viewed, if they index a website with all the errors bad practices etc, then it is possible that even though it's indexed, they will not show it, and it could take a long time for it to appear, once all the things that are stopping them from displaying it have been fixed.

Its like walking into a car showroom, that has a selection of cars that you are interested in, one of them doesn't work, the engine won't start, it has flat tyres, and needs a service new exhaust and a bit of a paint job. next to it is a fully working car, clean bright and shiny, same price !!! which one would you choose?

Domain Validation has an effect on indexing pages yes that's true, but so do all the other things a
that search engines take into account, in order for them to display to their customers, the websites that they think their customers should be looking at. So even if your website is validated, if its brokern doesn't work, or maybe even risky for it's customers to look at, they won't display it, or they may decide to put it so deep on the search results pages, that it may as well not be there.

Using Social Media platforms, is actually overtaking traditional search engine requests, and yes social media platforms have various terms and conditions etc, of their own, so even if you use social media platforms, you still use the WWW to display your website, therefore you need to adhear to their requirements as well.

I still cannot understand your problem, it';s quite simple, tell the search engines NOT TO INDEX or FOLLOW your website, until its ready to be displayed, when it's ready, or at least as best you can get then tell them to start indexing it,

Using Site Designer, it's a simple matter of selecting 2 tick boxes, then when it's ready de-select them and publish it to the WWW (through your hosting service).

Ahh wel no worries, I'm done even trying
