First, what should I call it?

Second, what is the best way to put one in using RSD. I just want a section were users can ask questions and comment.

Hi David,

You are looking for a blog. There are several free blogging platforms out there that will offer a way for you to embed their blog into your website. Other than that its a very expensive task to build your own from scratch. Once you have one set up with one of these companies you can just add an html element where you want it to show up and pasted the embedded code they give you.
Taking over the world one website at a time!

You make your blog for your site with S-drive Stream posts.
My blog on my S-drive hosted site: http://www.workhorsepainting.com/stream/
I made it stand alone it is not embedded on a pg. I do have some problems with making it responsive. they have not come up with responsive themes yet, seems to be very low on the priority lists for them.
It did not costs me anything do not know where the expensive comes from.

It really depends on what you want to do.

If you plan to make posts on your site to which people respond with questions and comments, then you are looking for a blog. You can do as Steve suggested and find blog software that can embed in your web site and just add it in an html element. Depending on where you are hosting, you might also consider making a blog section of your site. If you plan on building it large, you might install blog software such as Wordpress as a specific section of your site. In that case, you wouldn't use RSD for the blog section. You would use Wordpress.

If you are wanting discussions between users organized into threads like what you find here, you are looking for forums. You can find forum software that you can install into your site. You may even be able to use RSD to design the template that is used for the forum.

Again, it really depends on the scope of the function of the questions and comments to determine what is best for your site. Can you give a little more detail?

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.

Agree. There are a lot special blog templates , including free ones ( GoDaddy, Wix, etc ) , just choose the most appropriate for you. I got mine created on professional platfrom ( http://www.templatemonster.com/bootstra … templates/ ), but you must choose the most suitable for you looking through different offers.
