I have scratched the surface on many pages of posts here and have not seen any on this. Sorry if I am duplicating.

The idea of RSD is to create websites that will "work" on smaller devices, such as smartphones.

Is there a way I can put a phone number on eg a contact page of a website that can, by clicking on the number, actually dial through the phone? Call it "interactive dialing" for lack of a better description.

Yep there is - insert a link (text link or icon link for instance) and then in the Element specifications for that link element specify in the Href box 'tel:123456789' (without the inverted commas) and the 1...9 being the phone number.
