Is there anyone who can explain me how to add css "content" property while attaching svg background images?

Yes you have to use some custom CSS In the header section of whichever element you wish to have the svg, then you can style the height width padding etc within site designer. I have a tutorial for how to do it using the foundation framework, I will need to see if it's the same principle in materialize although I don't really understand what you mean by the "content' do you mean you want to overlay something (h1,h2,paragraph etc over the svg?

Have you already got the svg background image in a container?

Here is actual code i want to create.

.accordion .accordion-button::after {
content: "";
background-image: url("data:image/svg+xml,%3csvg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' viewBox='0 0 16 16' fill='%23212529'%3e%3cpath fill-rule='evenodd' d='M1.646 4.646a.5.5 0 0 1 .708 0L8 10.293l5.646-5.647a.5.5 0 0 1 .708.708l-6 6a.5.5 0 0 1-.708 0l-6-6a.5.5 0 0 1 0-.708z'/%3e%3c/svg%3e");
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: 1.25rem;
}

you can see "content" property is there. My question is how to add this property using site designer.

Also i have one more similar question for "outline" CSS property. how to add this as well?

.

You put that in the after section of the container although I still don't understand why, youdon't just simply overlay the H1 over the container with the SVG and give it a bit higher z index, no need for before after or all that other malarky, site designer is made for making doing things like that so easy

You can either put the :after into the after section of the container

or
You put the whole code in the 'header' section of whatever it is you want to put it into either way is ok

same place as the image I just sent but a bit higher up

There is something amis with the code I do't know what.

here is an image of a SVG background image with the ""after content, done in materialize they way I said it should be done.The only difference is that the SVG is applied to the containers ID not the class

My example code entered into the header of a container with a I name = ID 'fancy-bck' and class names .accordion .accordion-button
<style>
#fancy-bck{
height: 100vh;
display: block;
background-color: #808;
background-image:
url("data:image/svg+xml,%3Csvg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' viewBox='0 0 1600 900'%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23cc3f47' points='957 450 539 900 1396 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23b3373e' points='957 450 872.9 900 1396 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23c8364e' points='-60 900 398 662 816 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23b02f44' points='337 900 398 662 816 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23c22f55' points='1203 546 1552 900 876 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23ab294b' points='1203 546 1552 900 1162 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23bb285c' points='641 695 886 900 367 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23a52351' points='587 900 641 695 886 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23b32362' points='1710 900 1401 632 1096 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%239f1f57' points='1710 900 1401 632 1365 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23aa2068' points='1210 900 971 687 725 900'/%3E%3Cpolygon fill='%23971c5d' points='943 900 1210 900 971 687'/%3E%3C/svg%3E"),
