Perhaps he means the schema markup thingy where you can catagorize your site am pages. That's something google likes and can be done in sdv3,SD V3. 5 I can't remember if rsd has that feature

I've never been good with explaining things. Tim Lockwood comes to mind...

Have a look at this link. This is basically what I want to implement.
https://www.reliablesoft.net/site-structure/

The URL will then look something like this;
www.example.com/category/service
and not like this
www.example.com/category/service.html
or
www.example.com/category-service.html

If the above URL examples don't make sense please just read the article on the link.

You can do this by adding a Mod Rewrite to your .htaccess file. Here is a handy generator for creating the rules :)
