Yes the file is fine. One of my Dell computers is "really old" and was only able to go so far with the RSD 2 versions. It opened fine on a newer one that supports the faster more powerful upgrades.

Best one I have found yet. I'm still working on getting the "Site Title" to remain after browser width increase, but learning requires more of my patience at times.
