Container placement at breakpoints -...

In the attached example, I have a horizontal blue container that stays below the logo at the largest break point. at the medium and small break points it moves up and goes behind the logo. How do I keep this container below the logo at all breakpoints?

Is the container or the logo "fixed" position?

Inger, so my issue was I had no padding at the bottom?

I think I got it. It was a Container and logo issue. Took me awhile AND I learned a bit more
