Does this work on RSD?

There used to be a RSD version, with rows and columns, earlier, but it might have been converted to fit SD. But what I think will work, is if you have just one row with one column on your canvas, and then you build the nav inside it, not with any more rows and columns, but with containers, just as the videos and text explain
