I can't seem to get the component (navigation - top bar with animation) into a sub column (that is right above the present placement). I adjusted the span and copied but it keep placing it in a column all its own
I have increased the font icon slightly - is there a way to adjust the placement?
Thanks all
Byron

Thats because the component comes with it's own column built in, so you cannot place a column into a sub-column
If you need place it into that sub-column then I suggest you make your own nav within the sub-column
If it is a simple nave (like the one in the component, then I have a video on my site about making one of those.
You might be able to move the container holding the menu,, if you attach the project (or dropboc it) I could take a quick look (I had it from before but can't find it now)

Hi Byron
It is possible to move the two containers into another column, but the problem then starts with some re-styling & naming classes etc, so to be honest a start again, building your own in that sub-column would be the preferable choice for me
(or simply delete the sub-column if you can without disrupting the rest of the layout.
Also Alter Eagle has a tutorial in step by step (text rather than video) for making one of those responsive navigation thingies
