I'm trying to use the drilldown menu in this Codepen [https://codepen.io/rafibomb/pen/jmROWa] as a component in SD. I found this this drilldown menu through this guide [https://get.foundation/sites/docs/drilldown-menu.html].
No matter how I insert the HTML, CSS and JS parts into a HTML element in SD I cannot make it work. Is it possible to make this Codepen a drilldown menu in SD using the Foundation 6 framework?

I'm on my phone at the moment so difficult to see the menu, but have to ask what's wrong with the menu components already available in SD and styling them as you require

Preben, here's one way of doing it. You won't see anything until you preview in a browser, though.

Wayan, I found the right menu component for me on Codepen and would like to use it in SD. The SD guide says: "Adding custom HTML or code objects to your page is easy."

Inger, thanks, but I would like to have the CSS from Codepen also, and maybe be able to tweak the menu in codepen before I insert the code into SD.

Is it possible to put the HTML, CSS and JS from Codepen directly into SD, preview, and see the same result as on Codepen in a browser?

Nope
either there is something wrong with the CSS code on codepen or somethings not compatable

if you make the HTML container background black you don't see the links,, if you leave the HTML container as is then you see the links but the background is white.

By the time you have messed & mucked about trying to get it to work one could have been made from scratch all within SD no need for custom CSS or javascript

Take 2

Here is another attempt, the first one from last night was something quick and dirty because it was late and past my bed time.
Now you can see the first level of the menu on the canvas, but you still have to preview it in a browser. The CSS from Code-pen is not included as it seems not to work as hoped for, and I haven't yet found out why. I will mess with it a bit and see...
