The initial fixing of the matter related to listbox.zip in the two posts mentioned above. The CoffeeCup team continued to work on the cause of the problem, and have just reported that it is now fixed. My thanks to them for dealing promptly with my initial problem, and for following up the matter to prevent it happening again.
