I tried to insert the MP4 both though online or local file choice but either way it doesn't play.

Which video element are you using?

The video is playing, so I'm not sure what it is that's not working.

plays for me too here but takes an absolute age to load, maybe need try optimise it a bit 205mb is quite hefty
