Hi Alan,

I know you can for sure import RSD projects in. I don't believe you can import any other file type.

V3 will open a *rsd theme. So my next question is what is the difference between a *.rsd file and *.rsdtheme file?

The theme/template and components in the days of RSD, RFF and RBB did not appear as
files', meaning you couldn't find them and try opening them from outside of the programme they were made with. But any component or theme could be used as aproject, or part of a project, so if saved as a project, they could be opened, and of course also in SD3. I have a good amount of components, also from before SD3, and since they are in reality projects, I can also open them in SD3, also if they have -rbb or -rff extensions.

So the answer to your other question would be that a .rsd file is a project, and a rsdtheme file, whatever extension they might have, is a theme file that can be opened in the programme is was made with / made for.
