Windows 10, Safari - 5.1.7

Works with MSIE, Chrome, Firefox, Android internet, but doesn't scale/work properly on safari for Windows. I only keep Safari for testing purposes... may work fine on other platforms.

The main problem I am having is on chrome mobile. Somehow chrome mobile (Android) does not seem to understand vh correctly. My elements on the page http://www.orphelion-ensemble/index.html stack up to 100 vh and are displayed accordingly on other browsers but not on chrome mobile.
Also, modal windows with position:fixed don't anchor at the viewport top but on the top edge of the parent element.
That can be seen either clicking on "Aviso legal" in the footer or any image in the member section http://www.orphelion-ensemble/members.html.

Any ideas how to resolve this? I searched the web and found that there are issues on chrome mobile with vh and fixed position, but I could not find a solution.
