So which effect would you prefer

You also need to keep in mind users that suffer from motion sickness, and have to take them into account (essential nowadays for Search Engine Accessibility factors) which is fairly straight forwards deepending on the parallax effect you want

For the moment, probably the one that is easier to implement and leaves the bowels of my users intact...

So I think one of the readymade components on Ingers sharing thingy, would suffice (the one using CSS pprobably less complicated, and then tweak it to fit your idea style and layout.

I sent you my email on your page.
I had a brief look at Inger's page. Wow, the amount of content there expanded exponentially since I visited the page a few years ago!
I downloaded both the simple Parallax and the CSS Parallax and will have a look and play around with both. Both do exactly what I want. I am not sure how useful the effect will be on a small phone screen. I imagine IE11 support is also not super critical anymore.
I'll come back with questions then if you don't mind.
Thank you and best wishes

Hi there,
I remember you from a couple of years ago.
My component collection has grown, yes. If I find something interesting, I add it.

The way that 'Kobe' has been built is like the component that is called 'Parallax Effect' on my site. It is the easiest way, but it is not 'real' parallax. The other two are real ones. I hope you find them useful.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Yes that's the one that I have adapted to be a portfolio page ready for a demo if necessary it's a pretty cool component (I also made it so that the containers show the image on site designer working canvas, they don't have the parrakax effect though until previewed but at least one can look at postioning etc and adjust overlay text to fit different sizes length etc)
