This is directed to the Support Team at Coffeecup...

I use CoffeeCup Site Designer on an Apple M1 Mac mini running macOS 26. The software currently works well for me.
Your support forum indicated in August 2026 that CoffeeCup was aware of the Apple silicon compatibility issue and was working on changes needed for macOS 27.
Could you please clarify:
1. Is CoffeeCup actively developing a fully native Apple Silicon version of Site Designer?
2. Is an update compatible with macOS 27 planned, and is there an estimated release date?
3. Will Site Designer continue to be developed and supported for macOS 28 and later?
I maintain several existing websites and need to decide whether I can continue relying on Site Designer or should migrate to another application.
Thank you.

I have forwarded your post to the CC staff. I know they are working on a version of SD that can be used with macOS 27, but I don't know how far they've got. I'm not a Mac user myself.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Yes, we will be updating all of our Mac apps to run on Apple silicon.
We're currently in the planning stage, no ETA yet.
MacOS 27 is the final major release of macOS to provide full support for Rosetta.
MacOS 28 is expected to be released in the fall of 2027 and will no longer support Rosetta.
The CoffeeCup development team will be upgrading all Mac apps to run on Apple silicon prior to the release of macOS 28.
Warning: The initial release of MacOS 27 had a bug that uninstalled Rosetta. MacOS 27.2 fixes that bug.

Best regards,
Bret
