The webpage (https://blue-moon-gypsy.coffeecup.com/index.html) shows both the image svg and the path svg.
The path is the top most (It seems to push the graphics downward) It should respond like a background image.
The 2nd/lower version of the wave is an svg image. It doesn't span the page no matter what I have tried (cover, fill, et al) No repeat. Centered. Doesn't fill the screen.
Normally the svg path behaves like a background image so text and images will sit on top of it.
The blue moon (thank you wayan) is supposed to sit in the upper left corner, with text to sit beside it as the "LOGO" plus link. The plan is to have the navigation to the far right inside that blue wave.
Any suggestions to accomplish the desired outcome would be greatly appreciated. It seems I might have to just create in the html editor to make it work.
There has to be a work around or some good documentation on how to create the more advanced layouts.
The future is waiting for a radial menu to the right, overlaying a MOON image. What joy!
Thank you
