on the index page of my website:
www.oncccs.org.uk
I can't see how this has occurred, and googling it doesn't help.
I'd appreciate some guidance on this.

You seem to want some kind of HTML element to appear there, but instead of the code for it, you must have added the name or something. Inside an HTML element you are supposed to have some kind of code, usually HTML, CSS or js around any possible text or image. If you want some help, you need to let us know what you intended to put there.

I see several different versions of the same type of code on some of your other pages. What was the code you inserted into your html elements?

it's an HTML container, --- what was in that?

at the moment it is just the text that we see inside "__DATA_HTMLEMBED_121__"

It is in a container called "container navigation-grid"

I would put money on it being something to do with that Cookies thingy that pops up on some pages
the script should be
