Is there a way to make a 7 column row with each of the columns being the same width and also centered?

Do you want it to be that way at all screen sizes?

Not really. It would have to break down on the smaller ones.

I doubt that it will be possible in RSD with Foundation or Bootstrap. But I guess you could, instead of basing your design on columns, make one column and put 7 containers into it, with the same %-age width, and then position them with flex.

you can make the grid 7 column spans therefore row is set to 7 spans & the column in that row is 7 spans (unless you change that of course)
but only from the first default breakpoint
below the first beakpoint it is set to 12 column spans and you cannot change that
don't know about bootstrap

You could always make the column 7 spans then set the float for the column to none then set the margins left/right to auto

or as Inger suggested with the containers
