Display flex, 20% width each?

hi
Sorry Inger I think It needs a bit more explanation for Byron as he isn't up to speed with flexing, I am trying to put together an article with video for him and have been for a year now, but it is turning into a massive project what with all the options and possibilities.

A video demo is on it's way just for what you need at this moment will send you the link when its ready

you could of course in the meantime add a frameworks row with 4 columns and then duplicate one of the columns -----then give each column a 20% width at the breakpoint you wish those columns to appear as a row

That way the whole thing will work smoothly from mobile (columns stacked) up to as wide as you want columns in a row) without the need for flexing

Interesting - First I apologize this is in site designer.

Wayan - from another one of your videos I copied what you did and it seems to be working. I cheated I put 7 containers in the wrapper and made the outside containers small 12 then large-1 one at full size and flex for the row and adjusted the width. Sounds involved but it works.

Thanks guys - looking forward to the vid when its ready.

Hi Byron
Well that sounds great, in Yorkshire speak it's not cheating it's called using your noggin which means using your head to solve a problem, it might not be the conventional way of doing it but if it works then that's great.
I'm proud of you my friend
Take care as always

Thanks Wayan - couldn't have done it without your video of months ago!
